This is Always by Tavinder Kaur New

As we close our Spring term, I'm delighted to share this piece by Writing for Wellbeing participant Tavinder, as I think it sums up brilliantly what our little two-hour oasis of words does for us. Happy Easter! J

There is always something to do, somewhere to go and to be. Now I can finally sit, write, and express my inner being. Just to be is now and my mind free from problems and worries to do and places to go. I can just write, listen to others’ inspiration, and see if can it come, is it still there or has it been stifled by the rat race of today?

But it does come- explodes like a firework not that I’m any good or that I’m famous however it lightens my mind and soul. I am free and charged then ready to go back to reality.
