The Tree

Dear Tree,

I'm sorry I didn't see you waving at me. Your arm expanse now feels like an embrace and shelter from the rain.
Your reach extending as the seasons pass, adding colour, blossom and beautiful fragrances to the Spring breeze.
Your buds in bloom previously unnoticed are a sight to behold for me. A protective giant giving me oxygen to breath.
So pleased I've found you, always there in the same place for me.
