The scripts 


This week we got scary.


For the warmup Ali asked 'If you suddenly found yourself on Halloween with special powers, what would they be? And how would you feel?'


The participants, generally the younger group decided they would cause mischief, whatever powers they had: 


Junior Writers 

  • Turn Miss Beckett into a toad 

  • Make it rain chocolate 

  • Terrororize my brother 

  • Be invisible, steal Elon Musk's money, buy a football club

Young Writers 

  • Photographic memory 

  • Make my cat talk

  • Make two people confess their love for each other 

  • Changing into animals

Prompt: The day everyone found out I was a Witch/Wizard 


Evie JW - invisibility, stealing all her favourite food, stealing money. Feeling good, didn;t die. 

Jacob JW - when everyone found out I was a wizard, everyone died because I cooked them in chocolate. 

Dexter YW - a big Dagenham takeover

Verdant YW - a day as a lizard king, interacting with Trump and


We finished up the sessions by creating some scripts for the Micro Drama. This involved pairing up and working on filling in the blank parts of the script Ali had created from a previous sessions writing.


Another day, another joyous session.
