Acts of Kindness
This week we were at the John Hansard Gallery for a community takeover!
We were tasked with adding to an installation of paper feathers.
We first talked about acts of kindness that we had recently done, these included:
Standing up against bullying
Playing with someone who didn't have anyone else
Saving a bee
Sorting out a swing at the park
Once we had our acts, we cut out our fathers from paper and decorated them with words about how important kindness is. Some even wrote poems!
We then had a look around the gallery and met the artist who is helping the community create the installation.
The installation is now live at JHG!
