Do you like creative writing? Are you aged between 7-18?

Then you need to sign up to Young Writers!

As a Lighthouse Young Writer, you will get the chance to attend workshops led by professional writers, attend Lighthouse performances for free and share your work on stage and in print.

Workshops run on Saturday mornings on a weekly basis during term times and offer a safe, supportive environment, encouraging young writers to share work and to give and receive feedback in a respectful way that empowers voices in the workshop community. We run three workshops, for 7-10 years, 11-14 year olds and 15 -18 year olds. These are a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and a lot of fun.

These sessions are free but Lighthouse looks for a commitment on attendance. All workshops are suitable for beginners and advanced writers.
