Stephen Boyce has held senior roles at Southern Arts Board, the Community Fund and National Lottery Heritage Fund and has worked as a freelance cultural consultant. He has extensive experience as a trustee of arts and heritage bodies. He is co-founder of Winchester Poetry Festival and the author of three poetry collections.
