Carla works for a charity that helps disadvantaged young people access higher education, leading the Secondary FOCUS programme. With a background in the arts and a master’s degree from the University of Southampton, she’s passionate about social mobility and making learning and creative opportunities accessible to all. They believe that every young person should feel confident and that their voice has value.
