10:30AM-12:30PM In Person
Led by Alice Flynn, a writer, theatremaker, and well-being practitioner, the group uses writing to support well-being. It helps us express ourselves and to explore ideas and memories, transforming thoughts and feelings about the everyday, into something we can share with others. This group is for people in recovery from addiction and is run in partnership with Vita Nova, supported by Dorset Community Foundation Community Wellbeing & Mental Health Fund and with public money from the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
The creative writing group meets every Friday morning from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
