Lighthouse Young Writers 11-14

11 June 2022

9.15-11am, Lighthouse Poole

As a Lighthouse Young Writer, you will get the chance to attend workshops led by professional writers, attend Lighthouse performances for free, and see your work published online, in print, and performed on a stage before a live audience.

Workshops run on Saturday mornings on a weekly basis during term times and offer a safe, supportive environment, encouraging young writers to share work and to give and receive feedback in a respectful way that empowers voices in the workshop community.

We run two workshops, for 11-14-year-olds and 15 -18-year-olds. These are great opportunities to meet like-minded people and have a lot of fun.

How to Apply

These sessions are free but we are looking for commitment. To apply, please email us at learning@lighthousepoole.co.uk.

For more information about the programme, please email us or call 01202 280000. All workshops are suitable for beginners and advanced writers.
