In this introductory programme, comprising six workshops held over a number of weeks, we will explore ways in which the practice of writing creatively can have a positive impact on mental health and emotional wellbeing. Led by published writer and qualified counsellor Joanna Barnard, the sessions will introduce a variety of techniques including creative journaling, poetry and letter writing, to encourage self-expression and enjoyment.
